Square Appart

Everything was good. The location is superb, right next to the square. Breakfast was good. Staff was helpful and attentive. Mr Badr was very helpful. Great stay. I would definitely stay there again. Really nice apartment. With all kitchen utensils pots and pans etc

The ac in one room was not cooling, and then we had to switch to another apartment. The hot water was not on at first. Then it was solved quickly. The hot plate was not working.

Helpful staff....the location was superb near jamaal fna....breakfast was excellent.....would rebook again in future

Second time staying here, no issues, great communication with host as always. We booked 2 apartments, not sure if anyone else had the other but we pretty much had our own space with terrace and amazing views of the market.

Badr was our host and he met and walked us over to Square Appart which may be a little tricky to find unguided on a busy street. Drop-off near Hotel Tazi, then walk on pedestrianized street. The rooms were comfortable (two bedrooms). The breakfasts are good. you can eat at the rooftop terrace or in your room. They kindly did our laundry on request, and arranged for a driver and half day tour guide to see some places (Koutoubia exterior, Bahia Palace, Dar Bacha Museum, souk). The location is super convenient to forays into Jemaa el Fna and the souks. Bathroom/shower are modern and really good.

If you are susceptible to noise, use the inner bedroom since you may hear noise in the outer bedroom from the street late at night (at least we did)

We were a group of 4 (2 couples) and it was just perfect. The location is unbeatable. In Marrakech, We saw that a lot of people hated their way to the accommodation because it went through narrow shady streets, but this was absolutely different. It was right on the main road of the market and the Jmaa al Fnaa just a stone's throw away. I would give it full marks just for the location. All restaurants and the entire main market were conveniently closeby and worked so well for us for the tour hotel pick ups. The breakfast was deliciously filling and we enjoyed it with a scenic view of the market and the closeby city. The beds, linens, bathroom, sofas, kitchen and everything was super neat and clean. The beds were hard, but exactly the way we like them. The rooms are super duper modern and everything feels new. A Truly comfortable stay with huge Almirah and ample space in the apartment to walk and TV in the room along with the living area. The staff was super helpful and understood and complied with our requests and needs whenever we asked for it. Would love to come back to this place.

A little communication gap with the staff as we did not speak arabic or english. But they were still super understanding and helpful.

The apartment is at super location, very clean and with all necessities. Bathroom very modern. Stuff is helping!

Poorly soundproofed

Perfect location close to the main square; modern amenities that met our needs; very attentive, caring and accommodating host.

We're from Manhattan and are used to city sounds. Ear plugs may help guests who may be more sensitive.
