Steps away from the main square, delish breakfast, modern amenities, and Badr was an excellent host who took care of everything that included our important parcel from Rabat!

A well equipped clean apartment

Our bedroom window soundproofing was very poor so didn’t sleep well up to 2am due to outside ally noise.

Great communication, requested that I call him after we arrive at the airport and he would talk to the driver so that he can collect us from outside the market entrance. Cars can only go up to a certain point and it was about a 10 minutes walk. Even with 6 children it wasn’t bad, gave us a moment to soak up the surroundings. It’s a real kicker. There are shops right outside the apartment and in terms of pricing I found them better value than if you were to walk 5 mins further into the square and beyond. Walk around, compare and see for yourself. Breakfast spread on the terrace was the cherry on top. Great thanks Badr who made our stay perfect.

Unfortunately there was a bit of a drainage smell, however that seems to be a common theme everywhere and it sort of comes and goes, so have an aerosol spray handy.

There was a musty smell in the bathroom.

The breakfast was beautiful, we were really well catered for. The location is very central and lively, close to the Souks, Medina and lots of Marrakech's main attractions.

The apartment was spacious for 3 of us (it's listed as up to 5 guests) but would be very cramped for 5 people! It was close to the main square-the picture makes it look as if it overlooks the square but it's about a 2 minute walk away and very centrally located on a street with lots of cafes, a bar, restaurants, gift shops etc. The breakfast is basic but filling and fresh. Had breakfast on the lovely roof terrace (or you can have it in the apartment if you wish). Everyone was friendly and helpful. I would have scored it 9 out of 10 if it wasn't for the number of small issues I had. Would definitely stay again. It's only around £10 for a taxi from the airport for 2 people so we did that rather than get a bus. On the way back it was actually £14 because we booked it for 3 people.

The keys are actually collected from a hotel around a 5 min walk away that we only found with the help of our taxi driver speaking to someone on the phone-if you arrive by bus and/or don't speak the language this may cause an issue. Could have done with an extra set of keys as we didn't all always want to go to the same place and/or at the same time Charged me an extra £100 for 1 extra person (even though price difference on website was around £30 No ironing board. Internet doesn't work on the terrace Internet on neither of 2 TV's worked

Great location. We had breakfast on the terrace and you can hear and see the main square, Jemaa el-fnaa getting ready for the day.

The beds were hard, like sleeping on planks of wood.
