Very new, toilet facilities great

Wood flooring very noisy. Top floor stomped non stop late night and early morning we could not sleep!

great room that had everything we needed and more, great location

check in was arduous and felt like applying for a bank account or something, they ask for insane amount of details plus passport photo for every guest. I completed it online and then had to do half of it over again on the tablet in the lobby for some reason

家族で泊まりました 家族でワイワイと過ごせて、しかも部屋も広くて快適でした また、鹿児島中央駅にも天文館にも近くて、とても便利で、近くに沢山パーキングもあり、夜は長時間定額のパーキングもありとてもありがたいです

Slow self check in due to connection dropping out

We absolutely love this place. It exceeded our expectation. It's perfect for our toddler because it's next to a park. The room is exactly what we want, clean environment, quiet neighborhood but still very convenient to go to places. We especially love that there is a sliding door between living room and bedroom so we can still talk when kid went to sleep. This wonderful stay made our trip relaxing. We still misses the place because we really enjoyed it!

ホテル内はとても広く快適でした！ 立地も良くて徒歩で移動出来ました✨ 前日にチェックイン番号など送られてくるとの事でしたが、チェックイン時間までこず、入れなくてここに書いてあった電話の所やWEB上に色々電話した所全て違う所にかかって、入るまでに凄く時間がかかりました💦
