Good location, walking distance to restaurants and shopping mall. The room is quiet and comfortable. I like the lighting, especially. Warm and easy to assess

Very clean, comfortable beds.

We stayed here in the middle of February so we needed to use the heater but there was no humidifier and it was unbelievably dry. The automated check in process could be simpler/smoother.

We loved the beautiful, clean, and spacious studio. It's one of the biggest rooms we have ever stayed at in Japan, and for this price, it's a great value. The kitchenette is well stocked, and it would have nice to have spoons and other utensils other than just chopsticks. The location is convenient as well.

The walls are extremely thin. The people above us (kids?) were stomping and running around in the afternoons and evenings, so it was difficult to rest in the room. The check-in process was not ideal. I had a question about the room, but there was no front desk, so I had to call someone via a tablet (same tablet used for checking in), except they didn't really speak English so I couldn't get any help.

Everything was very clean and tidy, beds were comfortable! The hotel was a short walk to Tenmonkan.

The hotel was a little bit difficult to get to if you're travelling using public transport with luggages and elderly parents. However a taxi ride is only a 10 minute ride from Kagoshima chuo

Location is about 2 stops from Kagaoshima central. There are amenities around the vicinty. Room was tidy and clean and pretty spacious. I had issues getting the passcode to check into my room. But online staff were helpful (called thrice). Short walk to Tram station

Check-in system. Had issues with my passcode had to call them thrice. No parking in hotel, but there are parking facilities around the vicinity.

The property was great, spacious, clean and neat.

The family in upper floor was very noisy annoying and there was a lot of noise of jumping/ stamping on floor The members were talking loudly in passage.
