What an absulute gem. Owners made you feel so welcome. Everything is perfect. The breakfast,is an absulute treat. So worth a visit,if you are in Wellington. The house is timeless,with an old world charm.

Beautiful old home, built 1811. Very big, lush garden. The hosts were incredibly friendly and the breakfast better than you'd receive at any restaurant.

Magrietjie was warm and welcoming. The accomodation was comfortable and very cozy. I couldn't stay for breakfast because I had to leave for a race in the morning but the host packed me a little takeaway bag with an assortment of food to eat. A great experience overall!

There was nothing I didn't like.

Absolutely perfect. The bed was super comfortable, the food delicious, the location is central, and the warmth of the hosts is just wonderful. Add in the dogs, cat, and chickens and you just have a small piece of paradise!

Only one small thing which is that bedrooms could do with black out blinds as the security lights can be quite bright.
