"Quiet Studio, Close to the Center"

very quiet place located in a major housing/office block at a noisy road. the room does not face the road but the quiet countryside. when you enter the studio, you will be overwhelmed by a fantatstic view of the beautiful landscape. the place is comfortable for two adults, and possibly one child. very good climatization. only a little walk away from historic Macerata. the car can be placed in the basement parking space.

Not really a two bedroom appartement, but a studio with a little bed in the entrance corridor. For 2,5 guests perfect.
