Komfortabel, sauber, modern, sehr gute Lage. Parkplatz in Tiefgarage, 20m zum Appartment.

Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter nur in ital. möglich. Engl. Anfragen wurden in ital. beantwortet, auch die Anweisung für den Zugang zum Appartment. Nicht akzeptabel für internationale Vermietung - schade!

"Lenyűgöző, igényes szállás."

A szállás könnyen megközelíthető volt. Massimo a szállásadó mindenről pontos és fényképes tájékoztatást adott. Parkolni az épület mélygarázsában egy privát parkolóban van lehetőség, ami az apartmantól pár lépésre van. Az apartman lenyűgöző volt. Lélegzetelállító kilátásban gyönyörködhetünk a teljesen üvegezett falon keresztül. Mindenkinek csak ajánlani tudom.

Great flat really well appointed and stunning views. Very quiet and close to historic centre. Comfy bed. Owner responsive and helpful. Great parking right next to flat door.

Water pressure very low but not an owner issue .

"Can I move there ?"

As soon as you open the door, you understand why it is called Lo Spettacolo. Was a beautiful flat and view !! Simply magnificent. It was super duper clean, spacious, functional, with a convenient location, the car park was an absolute plus too. I was very impressed and almost sad to leave that place. It felt like home. I wish I could live in such a pretty and well maintained flat! I would definitely rebook Lo Spettacolo if I ever come back to Macerata. Bravissimo Massimo, & Grazie mille !!

Can be a bit tricky to find, but once you get the informations and directions given by Massimo, it’s really simple.

"Superb"

Fantastic views, easy safe parking, lift access, very clean and comfortable.

The shower was too small. Otherwise great apartment.
