The staff was amazing from the time I called them to inquire until I checked out 5 days later..

Nothing but the snow outside 🤣

Decent price, no carpeting in room (no static charge getting out of bed), plenty of parking.

Gym had a bench but no free weights. Internet was flaky; after first day, router refused to recognize my phone. No decent food options within walking distance. Lighting wiring was funky. Not all rooms were clean.

The staff very helpful.

The bed was a bit hard.

The room was clean and bed slept fine.

No amenities, no coffee, no water, no ice. I have never stayed at a hotel with out coffee or ice. I felt robbed

My husband liked the deep bathtub.

I did not like that there where not enouh bath towels or no hand towels and NO conditioner for your hair. I did not like that there were NO grab bars for getting into the deep tub. This is a bear minimum hotel.
