The location

There was a fan that was so loud I couldn’t sleep. It was throughout the building and there were a lot of complaints. They tried to find another room but they were all like that. I didn’t stay the third night because of it and was supposed to get a refund for two nights but I can’t get a hold of anyone. The front desk girl wrote a note on my reservation number but still haven’t heard from them!

They didn't offer breakfast. Little alone, toilet paper to wipe your ass.

The bug issue in the room in the sheets. All over the walls. And I left Sunday night because they were so bad. They're supposed to stay there. Checking out on Wednesday now they won't even give me a credit for the 3 days. I didn't stay there they are very unprofessional. Then I called him to see where my refund was and they said they checked the room and there was no signs of bugs, but I got pictures of them to follow.

Staff was very accommodating when requesting extra pillows.

Very clean and room was spacious

They don’t have an ice machine
