It stunk, the mattress was hard, the elevator was out of order, the hot breakfast was cold and only there on the Friday of our stay. They didn’t have coffee made, the juice machine was out of order, the hot tub wasn’t that hot and the jets intermittently worked. The lady that checked us in was rude.

There wasn't any choices for protein for the breakfast, and the juice machine was broken. The donuts were good.

We booked a hotel with a pool for my kids to be able to swim, just to arrive and find out the pool is closed for maintenance. That would have been nice to know ahead of time and we would have booked a different hotel.

The beds were rock hard and black hairs all over the pillows. (Family all has light hair) paint was chipped on bathroom shelving, water pressure and temperature not great. Breakfast was just muffins and mini donuts and mini waffles nothing that you would expect from a motel that costs $100 a night. Im sure super 8 and I know they do have it 10x better and facilities are more comfortable and clean.

It was a decent location.

There were a lot of features that were broken: the pool, hot tub, elevators, juice machine.
