"Previous visits were ok, but the property is not being maintained."

The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable.

It was in disrepair. Elevator was broken, pool and spa were closed, heater/AC in the first room we were given was broken. Changed room to another on the second floor but had to return to the front desk because the keys didn’t work. Throughout this hassle and 5 trips up and down the stairs, no apologies were ever made by the front desk. The next morning breakfast was cold and the juice dispenser was broken.

The pool was broken. It would have been nice to know ahead of time that it wasn’t available we also went down at 7:30am and there was no hot breakfast and The lights were off.
