Clean and spacious, good location near national park.

Drains in the bathroom were slow, the drain in the bathtub allowed water to pool and made taking showers uncomfortable. Backyard appears totally neglected.

Not enough blankets. Backyard has a lot of dirt.. not usable at the moment.

It is good for a group of people to spend relaxing time. Rental cost is decent.

We hope there is laundry facility in the house to use

The kitchen and living area Was nice/clean. We were looking for a space to get ourselves to sequoia.

The pillows were so thin it was almost like not having a pillow. Also more bath towels are needed for the number of people the house accommodates. The front yard was all dirt having partially been dug up/under construction?

Location was ok. Please see the list below for things to correct and rectify.

the house was advertized as four bedroom house. It only had three bedrooms. We were wight people. - the bedsheets and pillowcases had stains on them - some of the towels had stains on them - there was only one wineglass - plates and cups were plastic - the coffee cups were too small for one portion of coffee from the coffee machine These were the major points that were not satisfactory

It was big enough for the family

No washer or dryer. Also the backyard wasn’t kept.

Pictures are pretty accurate. House is very basic not much of extra items. House is about 1hr 30min to General Sherman. Easy to get to the park. Was big enough for our family and easy parking on site. Appliances up to date and bathrooms upgraded.

The listing says 4 bedrooms but there is only 3 bedrooms and the backyard was not really useful - overgrown grass not very pleasing for the kids to play in. Cleaning could have been better. Kitchen was not stocked with much. Be sure to bring everything you need for cooking.

The house was listed as a 4 bedroom, it had only 3. Communications with owner was terrible. We waited at the house for the door code. She wasn’t easy to get in touch with. There were no instructions on what to do when we left. Never answered our calls or texts.
