Sequoia Villa

Location. House was clean.

The house was listed as a 4 bedroom, it had only 3. Communications with owner was terrible. We waited at the house for the door code. She wasn’t easy to get in touch with. There were no instructions on what to do when we left. Never answered our calls or texts.

It was very spacious

The house was completely empty, almost no kitchenware, there were not enough towels and linens. Nothing to cook and prepare food for 9 people. The very same day of our arrival, they informed us that the futon was an inflatable mattress, which meant that not everyone would fit confortable in the apartment. The apartment was not very clean.

Very nice bathrooms and right between both national parks that it was convenient enough

We thought it had a washer and dryer being that it was an actual home but it didn’t. Totally on us but we probably wouldn’t have rented had we realized. Beds were okay not terribly soft but we like a firmer mattress. Walls however are paper thin throughout
