The location.

The towels were stained. There were hairs in the shower, which I find really disgusting. The mattress was really uncomfortable. I needed a kitchen napkin and I was shocked to find them under the sink, by the trash can. Although we discussed with the owner before arriving and we were told there would be parking spots for visitors, when we arrived, around 10:30pm, all of them were occupied and we couldn’t get in touch with the owner and had to park one block away on another parking spot marked with V, hoping nothing would happen.
