"Modern and clean apartment next to commercial area"

Spacious and comfortable apartment, very clean and modern. Close to a commercial area with bars/shops and restaurants open during business hours.

The area around the apartment has a lot of works so the general impression is that most buildings are under construction. Yet there was no noise in the apartment. I had one problem with the heating and the host immediately came to check. Although he was not able to solve it, he called the technician to come and fix it after my departure. The apartment is close to a commercial area open during business hours, so it is difficult to find an open bar or restaurant at night.
