We absolutely loved our time at the villa. Victoria and Rumi are such warm and caring souls, they made us feel at home from the very first moment. You can feel how much love they put into this place. The villa has three beautiful rooms, each with its own fully equipped kitchen, which made everything so easy and comfortable. The cleanliness and organization are on a European standard. Everything is very well taken care of and thoughtfully arranged. The location is quiet and just a 5-minute walk to the beach. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is spacious, and the shower has great water pressure. We can highly recommend this place.

Отличные хозяева, Rumesh & Victoria, была супер чистота на вилле, хозяева ответственно подходят к содержанию виллы. Очень удобно наличие стиральной машины, удобные кровати, отсутствие насекомых, хорошая парковка.

Минусов нет, все хорошо.

Amazing stay at Sunbeam Villa, a new open property just few meters by the sea. The family that welcomed us was very welcoming and friendly. The villa is composed by a kitchen, big bedroom and bathroom with a wonderful balcony. The property offers also washing machine, free parking and rental scooter. Really recommended!

This was our best stay in Sri Lanka! The room was spacious, clean, and perfect for two people. The bed was very comfortable, with a large mosquito net. The chest of drawers and upper shelf were great for storage, and the mini fridge worked perfectly. The bathroom was clean and spacious, with good water pressure and warm water. The private terrace was a lovely spot to relax in the evenings. Wi-Fi worked great, and the shared kitchen and washing machine were convenient, with all the essentials for basic cooking. The property is gated and feels very safe. The host was welcoming and communicative, meeting us with the keys and arranging a scooter that was ready on arrival. The location is fantastic—walking distance to the beach, plenty of nearby food options, and just a 5-minute drive to Keells supermarket. Highly recommended!
