Really great location with super helpful staff. The drains in our bathroom smelt and only get the room with views otherwise you have no view (we upgraded on arrival).

Not quite accurate with photos, very dated. The shower head didn’t work very well, we had to crouch down to use it, intermittently hot.

From the moment we arrived, we felt very safe and well taken care of. The location is perfect — close to the bustling street life of Udaipur but still tucked away enough to feel calm and peaceful. The views from the hotel are absolutely stunning. The staff were extremely attentive, kind, and genuinely cared about making our stay memorable. The food was excellent! We enjoyed the breakfast every morning — a big spread of delicious Indian dishes, an egg bar, and great coffee. We also had lunch and dinner at the restaurant, both equally wonderful. This hotel really goes the extra mile to make your stay something special. We’ve already recommended it to our colleagues who are planning their trips to Udaipur — and we can’t wait to come back ourselves!

The hotel is tired - needs redecorating- lots of scuff marks on the walls, my clothes rail barely hanging in there Huge damp patch on wall Breakfast dosent start until 8.30 Would I stay again - probably not if honest Also ALOT of rules when you check in and you have to sign a disclaimer!! I know it was peak season but it’s a high price for what it is

The location is superb. The hotel is at a walking distance from the City Palace, Jagadish Mandir and all the major attractions from the Old City. The rooms are large and clean. The interiors and paintings are nicely done. There are large swings in the public area. Our room had a balcony with lakefront and city views. The restaurant has a waterfront, not a rooftop but an actual Lakefront. The breakfast options are good, the food is good in the restaurant and it is priced similarly to all major restaurants in the area. . We had a complimentary foot massage during our stay. We didn't use the infinity pool as it was winter. The staff are very friendly and cooperative. Will consider it for the next visit as well.

There is no four wheeler parking, but there's a paid government parking lot nearby. Two wheeler parking has limited space as the hotel shares the parking with the buildings around it.
