Superior room is not comfortable. Very Bad bathrooms, No proper ventilation and No additional drain pipes near wash basin for the water to flow. It gets accumulated near the bathroom door.

The staff were fabulous and it was a great location, with beautiful views from our balcony.

The bed was a little hard, and although rhe food at the restaurant was very good it was let down slightly by the lack of physical menus

you get more than you would expect for the price The check in system required manually filling out forms which is delightlfully antiquated and could be improved The staff are very helpful and friendly and made our stay a wonderful experience

The rooms had a gorgeous view of Lake Pichola and the staff was incredibly kind - we arrived exhausted from an overnight train and the staff made us feel welcome and comfortable. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Great location. Every room has a beautiful lake view. Hotel is centrally located next to all main attractions, but still very quiet. Staff is extremely friendly.

Was impossible to balance the hot and cold water in the shower.
