Very Friendly staff overall ( thank you again) , stunning restaurant/breakfast aerea with such a peaceful view, nice atmosphere overall, they personalized for my daughter the milkshake which was a lovely touch, spacious room and shower , comfy bed, and the swimming pool aerea is beautiful.

Overall I had a great experience but I'd like to help the hotel with these observations: 1. Enforce stricter rules for guests in the swimming pool area. Unfortunately, some guests started smoking in the pool, and while the hotel did take action after I reported it, this kind of behavior should be proactively prevented (maybe by adding a no smoking sign) Also, it would help to remind or require guests to shower before entering the pool and ask them to avoid walking with shoes next to it. 2. The swimming pool requires more frequent and efficient cleaning, this is an important point. The shower area next to the pool lacks a proper drainage system, which should be addressed to improve overall hygiene and comfort. The swing on the first floor needs to be washed. 3. Some messages of the WhatsApp communications: If a booking is made via Booking.com, there should be no need to ask for additional confirmation or advance payment under threat of cancellation (policy of the hotel). Please consider that many foreign guests may not have a local internet plan and rely on Wi-Fi to respond. Receiving such messages as the first communication and in short deadlines, can be stressful, even if the intention is understood.

Washroom was smelling and route to hotel is dirty and smells. Breakfast has got limited menu and preparation was still not good

The value of this property is amazing. When you first walk in, the lobby is stunning as it overlooks the lake with lots of lush greenery and murals. The room was simple but nice and had a great view of the lake and city. I booked this accommodation at the very last minute because I was having issues with my other accommodation and had to leave rather quickly. They had my room ready for me by the time I got there thirty minutes after booking. They even moved my room from the ground floor to the first floor after they saw I was a solo female traveler because they thought it would be more comfortable for me. So thoughtful! Especially for a last minute booking. As a solo female traveler, I would recommend this hotel. It is a great location and I felt very safe in the area. Thank you to Kanishka and the staff for making my stay so wonderful!

The room was very clean but had a little wear and tear. This didn’t bother me but I know for some people it may matter. The only downside I might be able to say for solo female traveler is that you have to walk through a narrow walkway in order to get to the hotel. This isn’t a problem during the day but I could see it being uneasy at night. However, if it’s a concern I’m sure the staff would be willing to meet you and walk with you because they really take into consideration the safety of solo females.

This property was amazing even before I arrived they messaged me on WHATSAPP, asking about arrival times who I was travelling with, great communication and organised airport transport at a great price!!! We stayed in the Presidential Suite..it was beautiful spacious and very clean, comfy bed and sofa and beautiful balcony overlooking the lake!!! Great choice at breakfast and dinner in the evening was top notch food at very good price...!!! Warm welcome from Kanishka, she was brilliant and Nimisha also, in fact every member of staff always had a smile..loved it will be returning!!!
