Moustache Udaipur Verandah

We received such a warm welcome and the staff were really lovely throughout our stay. We had a wonderful view from our balcony over the lake and the pool area was beautiful. The property is located down a little backstreet and so it was a nice calming place away from the noise of the city.

Our bed wasn’t the comfiest and the pool area only had two sun loungers so it isn’t the best for sunbathing/ chilling by the pool if that is what you are looking for.

The location next to the lake was very soothing and relaxing, the staff were very helpful specialy reception desk specially Mr. Mahi.

We loved our stay here! I was sick when I arrived, so I stayed mostly in the room but the amazing room service and helpful staff made my stay so much more comfortable. Also the view is unbelievable!

We loved our stay here, so relaxing. We loved that Moustache offered a free foot massage and high tea which was such a lovely touch. The view over the lake is stunning, it’s nice to eat in the restaurant looking out on the lake. There’s staff were great - Mahi was very helpful and kind!

The staff were fantastic, special mention for Kanishka on reception, she managed to get me a dental appointment for broken filling. Lakeside view from the room, food was good ate twice in the evening. The breakfast was good with options to suit most, only downside no bar however plenty in area. The cleanliness was good too.

The room we were in was a good size and comfortable, could do with a little TLC on paintwork etc, minor detail.

Not very much was expecting a lot more given price paid

Restaurant staff not up to standard. Ate dinner 3 times In restaurant and on 3 separate occasions the meals provided were not as ordered. Our booking included dinner in the rate yet was charged for a juice selected from the menu - there was nothing advised in my booking that stipulated that beverage was excluded though alcoholic beverages I can accept Complimentary foot masseuse had no idea where the foot ended!!!!
