Amazing property at a very good location. Several tourist spots were just at a walking distance. Thank you Nimisha, Amit and Kanishka for the hospitality.

The property itself was decent, and the location was great, but the service and hospitality were absolutely terrible. We ordered lunch, and were told it would take 10 minutes. After waiting for over 30 minutes with no word, we were finally told that a larger group was being prioritized. This is completely unacceptable, and as a result, we had no choice but to cancel our lunch. To make matters worse, we were celebrating our first wedding anniversary. My wife had specifically arranged for a special candlelight dinner, and Surbhi Sharma from the hotel assured her that everything would be set up beautifully. However, on the night of our anniversary, nothing was arranged, and Surbhi was nowhere to be found. She didn’t show up at all during our stay, not even until we checked out. This blatant disregard for our celebration was deeply upsetting and ruined our entire evening. The property and location may have been good, but the lack of any real hospitality or care made this stay an absolute disaster. We will not be returning, and I would strongly advise others to avoid this place.

The property's communication was great. The way to the hotel was somewhat confusing as the driver wouldn't drop us off to the hotel due to the small roads. On talking to the property they were able to sort it out. From the main road its a short walk through small streets to get to the property which is by the lake - fair enough given this is the old-ish part of the city. At check in, we were welcomed with coconut water was a nice touch! In addition to breakfast, which was included in our booking, complementary afternoon tea was offered, along with one free foot massage. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The hotel was only a short 10 minute walk from the main attractions.

Rooms could've used some wardrobe space. Wifi was weak in the corner room I stayed in (room #2) Rooms could do with more sound proofing - given it's in a popular area, there is plenty of music/noise till late.

Absolutely nothing

The staff were exceptional the location was close to everything but slightly away the tourist crush so you experience the beauty of the area . The restaurant food was for breakfast lunch & dinner was great with large servings never went hungary the waiters were all great fun as were the reception staff - coun\ldn't do enough for us.

The location is good, the staff is friendly, and the rooms are nice. Everything is thought through from the moment of check-in - you get complimentary coconut water, a series of helpful instructions to your WhatsApp, and so on. The staff is really going an extra mile - one time we asked for some plant milk for coffee at the breakfast (I am lactose intolerant), and the next day it appeared on the menu. Another example is how a hotel employee went and bought a body thermometer for me when I fell sick.

Unfortunately, the positive moments were eclipsed by a big food poisoning that I got one day before my check-out. Disclaimer: of course you can never know for sure, but that day I only had food at this hotel’s breakfast and nowhere else, and I noticed that the watermelon juice smelled funny and looked greyish. 2 hours later I started experiencing all the amazing perks of food poisoning that lasted for 2 days (but even during this time the staff were really supportive).
