Very social, good location, felt safe. Loved the sunny rooftop terrace! The bed was very comfortable. The lockers were big enough. I felt right at home!

The staff weren’t very present or active, but they were friendly. The location is central and safe and I would come back, but Roma Norte or Condesa may be better. The bathroom floor was often wet.

Great location, comfortable facilities, clean bathroom and nice rooftop terrace to relax in.

Staff were nice, but not very easy to communicate with as they were not present - maybe due to low season. Recommend to staff that they share information with people about how to get into the property the day before their booking as it is confusing with no staff present. Also late check in (5pm) is a bit inconvenient - our room was still not ready when we came back at 5pm as the cleaner had forgotten it.

There was decent privacy in the room.

It’s not a very social hostel environment. The cleaning person kept taking or throwing away my stuff. The hot water was not working all the time.

La atención al huésped fue excelente; el personal siempre estuvo dispuesto a ayudar y fueron muy amables durante toda la estancia. Las camas son comodísimas y se descansa de maravilla. Sin duda, un lugar muy recomendable

Owner was unprofessional and disrespectful to other staff and hostel guests - good for just having a place to sleep due to location but keep your distance from the owner!
