Check-in was chaotic, no staff present and very slow communication. When we finally got access to our room, it was already occupied with someone else’s belongings. The owners/employees showed up but were rude, dismissive, and didn’t apologize. We were given a smaller, inferior room without any explanation or compensation. They promised to look into a refund but never followed up. Later, they refused to help because we had contacted Booking.com — which feels like an excuse to avoid responsibility. Very unprofessional service and an uncomfortable atmosphere. Would not recommend.

There's no one in reception. No kitchen. Tiny and there's no people in the hostel. 2 toilets for the whole hostel.

Beds were comfortable

the location was great there was a bus station close by that get you pretty much everywhere ngl, as soon as you figure out the transit system was easy and as long you have google map even better aslo the bus fare was cheap keep that in mind.

i didnt like that there was not kitchen to make a meal and that they were a limited glass or utensils to make a coffee. so ether way there was a frigde to keep leftover, the room was nice but bed move way to much but that didnt mind that, what really bother me was the mosquitos was someone leaving the door open or the windown open was so annoying so maybe investing on some AC, there shower was funny smelling on the first day but the other was fine, but was bother me was that wasnt any labels of which one was the hot and cold.

Beds were good

The door entry system was terrible. There was no breakfast unless you call a jar of coffee and some teabags breakfast. The kitchen was very ,poor ie no sink. Toilet was inside the showers so could be unavailable for ages.

The location and the roof top was great

The garage was not cleaned for a few days. This place claims as offering breakfast. However it was very minimal and on two occasions the supplies of bread had run out. A message had to be sent to staff owner regarding this as it was not replenished. Furthermore there is no person on site to assist with check in or assist with issues

Noisy beds, small rooms, no kitchen, at night I saw one men coming to the girls dorm and using our bathroom for whatever reason
