Friendly ppl that were very helpful, nice vibe with other guests

La ubicación muy buena. El desayuno no es tal, hay una pequeña cocina para hacerse tostadas, mantequilla y mermeladas compartidas y se puede preparar café. La habitación era de 4 con baño privado, estuvo bien.

Que sugieran que si los turistas dan una calificación máxima en hostelworld o booking hacen descuento para la próxima estadía (el dcto del 10%) . Es un poco desleal, y al mismo tiempo seguramente muchas personas lo hagan por necesidad.

Casa Columpio was an amazing stay. The spacious rooftop and other shared areas were great for work or relaxing. The hostel was cleaned often. The bathrooms were more accommodating than most hostel bathrooms with warm water as a plus. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend for work or a relaxing spot while in Mexico City!

La ubicación está bien y la persona que estaba atendiendo parecía preocuparse por la integración de los huéspedes.

El sitio se ve mucho más descuidado que en las fotos. Nuestro baño no se sentía y ni se veía limpio. Como dicen otros comentarios, el método para entrar al hostal es tedioso y no se siente seguro. Tuvimos problemas con otro huésped dos noches seguidas y no pudimos dormir. Este señor se ponía en la zona común con el volumen altísimo desde las 2am hasta las 6am y a pesar de pedirle respetar las horas de descanso, no hizo caso. Tampoco quisimos entrar en conflicto, así que no descansamos nada. Tampoco me gusta que compartan mi número de teléfono en grupos de WhatsApp, aunque sea para integrar a los huéspedes, me gustaría que hubiesen avisado antes. Por ultimo, nuestra habitación era la suite y para acceder tenias que pasar por una antesala con escaleras de caracol, donde almacenan las cosas y era increíble el nivel de polvo que había en esa zona. En definitiva, si hubiésemos podido descansar, la experiencia hubiese sido mejor pero con los alojamientos que hay en cdmx, a mis amigos, les recomendaría otro alojamiento.

Die Top-Lage zu einem sehr günstigen Preis. Toll auch die Dach-Terrasse. Personal war sehr freundlich, wenn anwesend.

Die Qualität der Suite war mangelhaft. Nur 1 (!) Steckdose im Bad für die gesamte Suite, keine Bettbeleuchtung. Frühstück ist eher die vorhandene Gelegenheit, Selbstgekauftes aufzubereiten.

The location is good. The staff is often not there but easy to reach and quick to reply on what’s app to help out. Bed was nice.

Not enough bathrooms. Our dorm lacked a decent window and was smelly. Also the breakfast meant dry bread to toast yourself. There is not really a kitchen and no one could find plates. The furniture in the common areas was rather old.

I liked the location and it had a good social space, Miren the staff was lovely and was good that we could leave our bags before check in

not very safe and we were given the wrong key and when we tried to get back in late we couldn’t get back in and no staff on site. Luckily someone in the hostel helped me and managed to find the correct key, which worries me how easy everyone could have been given the wrong key or access keys to other rooms so my stuff did not feel safe at all. One thing I would say is that Miren is really helpful and is so lovely. But contacting the actual property itself felt like an inconvenience
