O quarto era bom e silencioso. O espaço possui um rooftop muito agradável. Os banheiros eram muito bons

Fiquei um pouco frustrada porque na reserva dizia que era um quarto de 4 pessoas, e no fim eram 6. E, além disso, o café da manhã que dizia estar incluso era pão de forma, manteiga e geleia. Mas nenhuma desses apontamentos foi uma grande questão

Cuando intente comunicarme para hacer el check in por booking nunca me respondieron, esperé 3 días, cuando pude contactarme por WhatsApp (porque el teléfono que figura en booking solo admitía llamadas) me trataron de forma grosera.. Si no te interesa tratar con gente, no deberías dedicarte al turismo. Solo por ese destrato no vuelvo nunca más, por suerte hay muchos otros hostels en CDMX

I wrote a review back then but I tried to delete it but I don’t have the option I wonder why 🙄 the owner said if I wrote a good review I’ll get a discount so I did but now that I came to realize the only good thing about the hostel is the rooftop and the art on the walls and nothing more.

The beds aren’t as clean I got bit by ants while I was sleeping but the biggest problem I didn’t like was the OWNER. He is a Racist insecure middle age man with anger issues that doesn’t know how to treat people and one thing I can’t stand the most is a RACIST calling people the N word with the hard ER and making fun of the food that indigenous people eat is low vibrational energy.

Bis auf den Besitzer waren alle nett.

VORSICHT! Mir ist das Gleiche passiert wie vielen hier. Wurde in das falsche Zimmer gesteckt. Sollte dann Aufpreis bezahlen. Es wurde behauptet, ich habe das falsche Zimmer eigenmächtig belegt. Als ich mich weigerte und in das eigentliche Zimmer wollte, war es angeblich belegt. Dann wurde ich aus dem Zimmer geschmissen und es wurde gedroht, meine Sachen rauszuwerfen. Sehr aggressiver Ton des Besitzers. Alles nur über WhatsApp.
