R450 cleaning charge was more of an ambush.

One will have to go to certain floor to collect your key from a dropbox. Using the keycode combination to open the drop box was a struggle. Even though you enter the code correcty, it took a while to open the box. Two or theree attempts required to succeed.

The room is quite small but adequate, but I stayed for two nights for work purposes, hence it was fit for purpose. The lifts can be quite load as it moves up and down the building. I requested an Invoice from te owners of the apartment and never receibed it (after I requested it 3 or 4 times via messages and email. That was very disappointing as I required it to clain my expenses back from my employer.

The facilities was nice The security was nice and so helpful

I arrived in my room to find that it was not prepared 😭 Not cleaned at all the bed not made The dishes in the sink , the towels on the floor.I got the new room for Friday night which Saturday morning I was told to move back to my room which I still found it not cleaned I had to wait while they are cleaning it😭😭

I did not have breakfast as I had to leave for early meeting commitments.

The location is great. It was pretty easy to check in. The place was nice clean and the reception is very friendly. The room looked and smelled good, the bed was clean and soft. Best of all, it was quiet so it was a peaceful experience.

Only thing that bothered me was when it was 10am and housekeeping banged the door stating they are here to clean, even though it clearly states on booking.com that the check out time is 11am. So that upset me a little, but overall the place and experience was amazing.
