It was seamless. The security was helpful to get to the lockbox. I was thoroughly helped and sorted.

I did not know that i needed to get a temp access card.

The place was nice and comfortable. It is not false advertising. I would recommend this to everyone. In fact, I am going to use it again

My check-in experience. It could have been better, but my host was inpatient she seemed to be rushing elsewhere. I arrived 20 minutes later than the time I told her I was going to arrive because my flight was delayed. However, I communicated this, and I even communicated the estimated time that Uber told me I would arrive by. But for some reason, she saw it fit to have a check-in with me over the phone through the building window because she was already leaving.

The room was super clean and the bed was really comfortable with nice views of the mountains.

Nothing. Everything was spectacular.
