Location, safety.
Waiting 90 minutes for the key, even after I continuously updated them on my arrival time. The property info gave location of an unmanned gate in a very busy street, It was very stressful to try and back out into that traffic. This is a privately owned property within majority agency managed property so I was not treated well, were not even allowed to sit on a chair in the lobby.
