"We like it overall except for the slow draining tub/shower."

Has beach access; just steps to the beach without having to cross the street.

I would have given 10/10 but shower needs updating- tub needs to be scrubbed, considering a cleaning fee has been charged. also tub drained so slow.

"better than expected. everyone had a wonderful time. would recommend for couples as well as families"

pretty much everything. walk to ocean, pool, basketball, pickleball. view was great of the ocean. next time i will book 2 bedroom, 2 bath. i missed the 2 bath but it was not a problem. all the utensils needed were in room. the dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and oven along with toaster etc. all came in handy.

fold out couch was uncomfortable for sleeping. second bedroom had a closet but no shelves. lack of towels, but we overcame that.

Everything! Itโ€™s such a nice serene vacation with a very friendly, helpful staff

The unit we stayed in, didnโ€™t seem to have had guests for a while. We had to ask for toilet paper, towels, and the dishwasher wasnโ€™t working and I donโ€™t think it had been for a little while. The second bedroom had a very hard mattress. The sleeper sofa had a lot of dust and seem like down feathers Didnโ€™t use it. It was decorated very nicely and really we did enjoy our day. These are just the only little things.

Location, bungee ball, quietness,

I chose room 110 because of the photos I saw!!! They had a nice king size white bed that looked so romantic to get to stay in since!!! I donโ€™t have a king size bed and when we open the door and went in, we had a full-size funky gray bed. Nothing at all of what I was shown that I was getting! I couldnโ€™t believe my eyes! The restroom totally needs to be redone. There was rust in the bottom of the bathtub.
