Bed not comfotable no outlet in the bathroom, pool was small and should have been on the beach side elevators where to slow

I didn’t have breakfast. But I enjoyed my breakfast on the balcony.

I didn’t like the fridge door, low toilet, and bed pillows.

Very close to the location of the soccer tournament our child was in and the view beachfront

They need to hire a cleaning service mold in shower they could have at least changed the shower curtain that was all brown black and moldy and cleaned the shower! The trash can has mold build up at the bottom I only noticed when I took the trash out to throw it away. They do not clean thoroughly when I pulled the sofa bed out on our first night checking in there was all kinds of sand dirt and food crumbs under neath couch. The dishes that came with the room were dirty so we did not use them at all we ended up buying plastic wear in stead.

Great condo, great view and it was clean and have updated appliances and we are definitely coming back great place thanks Islander East Galveston !!!

Location

Bedbugs in one of the 3 condos we rented was moved to a small room with no compensation for even the difference. Leaking faucet in one Outlet not flushing correctly in the 3rd one. We were offered a bucket to keep water in so it would flush 2 out of the 3 rooms had mold all at the bottom of the shower curtains.

Distance to ocean, long walk for disabled.

Great location - loves the quietness/privacy of the beach. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Overall great experience
