I really enjoyed myself and spending a special birthday with my daughter and granddaughter.

Excellent location away from the tourist hotels and beaches. Property staff are very professional, friendly and available for any questions. Excellent view of the beach from the balcony. Property seemed secure and safe. The unit (room) itself was very clean and provided basic kitchen and bath supplies. Bedding was clean and bed was firm. AC worked wonderfully.

Our unit itself could have fit in a sofa/love seat/chair and coffee table (to watch tv) but did not. The dining table with folded extensions did not have anything to support the extensions when folded out. The dorm style fridge froze all our fresh fruit and vegetables the first night (there's no separate freezer compartment). Had to throw all of it out. No instructions (warnings) on temperature setting provided.

Tranquility

The location, the Front Desk Guy Richard was absolutely amazing, he went above and beyond for us every time! Super knowledgeable and you can tell he loved his job! The access to the beach, even with kids around it was very quiet, the gated great! Patio and personal balcony area was very nice, had multiple options to grill, the landscape as a whole was very nice including the lights walking up to the beach at night!

False advertisement, the room looked nothing like that picture, the bathroom ceiling was peeling off, the bath tub looked like it was made in the 80’s for a motel 6, took more than 5 min for elevator to come! Dishwashing soap was so old the plastic was disintegrating around it, there was a USED OPEN bar of soap in the bathroom, there was no pillows or iron, hair in the bathroom drawer with almost empty bottles of sanitizer and hand soap, shower head looked completely outdated and full of grime, the bathtub itself had literal dirt on the ledges and cracks all over it. They said the bed was a queen but no way it was definitely a full!

Air conditioner was so loud every time it shut off; sounded like maintenance of some kind because of repetitive pounding sounds through a wall/ceiling? Bed was not comfortable

Our stay was perfect!

The elevator broke down on our floor which made us use the stairs the duration of our trip and it made loading up the final day hell.

Secluded beach front property with great views, heated pool, nice amenities

Beds were super uncomfortable and not clean
