The location, security/safety, close access to the beach, and the heated pool for sure. The staff were nice and helpful. The washers and dryers worked so well. The room and bed sheets were clean and fluffy. No funny smells.

I’m glad I only stayed 2 nights because the bed/mattress was so hard and uncomfortable. Which is why I gave the 7 rating. However, if it weren’t for that, I would have given a 9 rating.

This is directly on the beach—most Galveston properties require crossing a 6 lane road to access the beach. The pool was heated and very nice. The property was secured by a high fence.

I loved the location! People were friendly. Pool was great! Beach was nice.

Bed was really high up and sliding doors to balcony were hard to open .
