Beautiful location, and easy walk into the centre. The pool was great, my little one loved being able to cool down as it was really hot when we were there The family were lovely, very helpful.

It's a beautiful location, very peaceful and well kept. We arrived a couple weeks after the typhoon had hit so there was ongoing repairs, but it was unobtrusive and didn't detract from our enjoyment of the place. delicious breakfasts, clean rooms, and a very competitive price. it was well worth the money.

An excellent location (away from the mains street but very close to walk to restaurants ect), spacious room, and a lovely pool, but most of all, the wonderfully happy hosts!- They are helpful, kind and funny, will make you laugh and will make your stay in Tam Coc (these people are in the right business!!)

Just could have done with a bench or similar to place our luggage or clothes.

Calming with a nice view of the rock formation inside the property with a warm water swimming pool.

The family who owns the proerty is so accommodating, nice and friendly.

The host family is extremely friendly, attentive and helpful. The breakfast was abundant, delicious and filling. The rooms were clean, tidy and comfortable. The mattress was very comfortable and the AC was powerful but working quietly. WiFi was fast and reliable. The homestay is perfectly located with "city center" within walking distance, but quite and relaxed during night time. Scooter rental was good and affordable.

The pool was very dirty and needs a thorough cleaning. We didn't use it therefore. Laundry service prices was above the local average.
