Nothing because i didn’t saw it I paid 660 euros for two rooms for nothing

Nothing because i didn’t saw it I paid 660 euros for two rooms for 2 nights but when i arrived they told me they did a double booking… so there no more space for us then they arranged to find us a two rooms in mota 4 km from the original location and the rooms where on booking at 90 euro per night an advise ….if you are going there call the property and confirm that you are booked because they won’t give you your money back i am very disappointed no refund nothing.

Excellent heat (winter stay) and water pressure. Comfortable beds. Very nice staff. Great breakfast included. Secure off-street parking. They held our luggage after check out while we visited Mount Etna, which we appreciated a great deal. Easy to walk to restaurants and shops.

Check-in instructions were not clear nor emailed ahead of time. Visitors must check-in at their bar/bakery, which was easy once we knew where to go. Extremely weak WiFi.

The location is ok.

purtroppo affaccia su una via principale e alla notte si fatica a dormire a causa del rumore

Eleganza, pulizia, confort. Parcheggio esclusivo a pochi passi dalla struttura, bar fantastico dove fare una colazione alla siciliana di qualità

Nulla, di particolare. A voler essere pignoli, sensori automatici per le luci nelle scale.
