Riad Kilimini & SPA

Gostaríamos de esclarecer alguns pontos que nos causaram decepção. Nomeadamente, a localização do hotel e o tamanho do quarto. Para nos deslocarmos do principal ponto turístico de Marrakech até ao hotel, tivemos de apanhar um táxi e caminhar uma longa distância por ruas escuras e lamacentas, sentindo-nos muito inseguros. Os quartos eram muito apertados e não correspondiam nem de perto ao que foi anunciado no Booking.com. Não havia sequer espaço para abrir as malas dentro do quarto, pois era muito pequeno e só cabia a cama e o guarda-roupa. Na sequência desta situação tivemos que fazer uma nova reserva num outro hotel, não aproveitamos a reserva que fizemos pelo Booking. Perdemos duas diárias. Não recomendamos.

The Riad is very beautiful, comfortable and similar to pictures. The rooms are smaller than they appear in pictures, specially the ones on the first floor. The breakfast is very good and the staff is always willing to help, provide information and are very very nice. The breakfast area doesn’t have enough room for everyone in the Riad so sometimes we had to have breakfast in the lounge area which was very cold (it was December)

The location. The riad is located in the northern part of the Medina, which is mostly industrial and local. The area around the Riad is not clean, very dark and in general not nice. While it gives you and and idea of how people live I would not recommend it for women solo travellers or picky travelers. I was with my husband and we still felt unsafe (although Marrakesh is absolutely safe everywhere) and not comfortable walking to and from the Riad. You can take transport but you still have to walk about 5-10 minutes to the road through dark and dirty streets.

La disponibilité et l’amabilité du personnel , la décoration du Riad, le petit déjeuner bon et copieux , la literie confortable, la très belle terrasse , le calme de l’établissement.

La chambre et la salle de bains assez petite et sombre

Disponibilità e accoglienza degli host, pulizia delle stanze, colazione, vicinanza con il centro della medina.

La gentillesse du personnel ! Le petit déjeuner est délicieux !

Pour une première fois à Marrakech le Riad n’est pas idéal, il est situé « un peu loin » du centre

Magnifique expérience. Le personnel exceptionnel et d’une très très grande gentillesse, toujours disponible jour et nuit. Très beau cadre marocain.un grand merci à Abdul pour sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme
