Staff are very accommodating. There were services that were not available in the hotel but staff were willing to guide and inform me where to avail the services. That was quite helpful. Food was also delivered in the room at the right time. Love it.

There was only a part that they don't get the trash in the room every day. I requested that the trash be removed but staff got busy and forgot. The FO instructed me to leave my trash outside my room and it was removed.
