The staff were okay, helpful

The room was very dirty. The smell of dust and chlorine were mixing as soon as I entered the room. Dirty tissues, wrappers, etc were still under the bed. The sheets were worn out. It was not a good value of money.

Affordable place, there is a pool, easy access to water for drinking and could use the cooler for storage. My mom and I I whom arrived early were able to borrow bowls for us to eat and they accommodate us

There are times the internet is slow or none at all ( it disconnects ). My sisters and aunt arrived late due to massive traffic and couldn't order food nor borrow since it's until 11 pm but we could wash our tupperware for us to eat.

They allowed the kid to stay with the parents in 1 room even tho the app suggested to get another room for the kid

Understandable but it would be better if kitchen hours could be at least 12 or 1 am for late comers

Close to the airport. Staff were very helpful. Comfortable enough. Nice bathroom.
