Very nice pool with lounge chairs. Location is walking distance to night market and several sights in town. Breakfast has plenty of options.

The bathroom smells. Keep the door closed at night. There is no place to put toiletries in the bathroom. Floor is slippery as the shower sprays entire floor.

Nice, clean and comfortable property. Rooms were very pleasant with great showers. I was travelling with my mother in her 70s, staying in separate rooms, and my mum felt safe and comfortable too.

This property would have been a 9/10 but the guy at reception was very rude for no reason. He was very abrupt and acted like he was doing us a favour by letting us in. When I paid for my laundry he magically didn’t have the right change so I had to check out and move on leaving a small amount of money behind. Ironically, the amount he managed to con out of me was remarkably less than the tip we would have left.

Breakfast was very basic.. If you didn’t get in early, the coffee was finished!! Not a great variety but was okay..

It would have been nice if the hotel provided proper beach towels.. The pool was small but still a great place to cool off in the heat..

The pool was nice but unfortunately right next to loud construction noise.

Loud construction noises in the pool area and right outside bedroom made it difficult to relax. The construction noises continued late at night and early in the mornings. Bathroom plumbing made loud gurgling noises often. The safe in the room didn't work. The fridge in the room froze our water bottles. Staff were not very helpful when trying to book transport to the Kuang Si waterfall. They quoted us 900,000 kip for a private tuktuk but when we walked out onto the street and asked one ourselves we got the return trip for half that price and from what i've read online you can get even cheaper. Bed was not very comfortable. Breakfast was okay but definitely room for improvement - juice jugs were always empty, coffee was really bitter and gritty, food was not very fresh.

The pool was nice to cool off from the June heat.

Small rooms, very average breakfast. Annoying things like the setup of the windows with shutters that close from the outside so that you feel like you are in a windowless room. There was also major construction going on at the time so that while you were trying to relax by the pool they were jackhammering concrete and at breakfast we had a great view of a guy in a backhoe digging up the pond in a a pool of mud!
