Very cosy stay, with a nice view. Breakfast was decent and the location was good.

The bed and pillow were not comfortable, I woke up with neck and back pain.

Clean and spacious rooms. Lovely breakfast area and generous (mostly Asian style) breakfast. Pool area also nice but pool very very cold. Not heated and does not get much sun. So not that usable.

We stayed here four years ago and really enjoyed it. Pool was warmer and staff were lovely. But management has changed and I feel the value is just not there anymore. You can get equally nice places for significantly less money. The staff, particularly the daytime front desk, are very indifferent to you.

Villa is a short walk outside city center so not the best location, but very nice decorative pond, dining room and pool. The room was confortable and clean.

The wifi wasnt good and barely any vegetarian options but apart of that we enjoyed our stay.

The pool is lovely and relaxing. Great breakfast. LOVE that they did not play Xmas music like many hotels do over that period. It was peaceful and quiet.

Room was a bit poky and dusty. Bathroom plumbing makes constant gurgling sounds ...?

Had everything we required. It was what we expected in a smaller sized town that is fairly isolated. Loved going to the Night Market and the popular waterfall.

Everything was a little 'tired', including the reception staff. Nothing wrong, just passed its 'best by' date. Breakfast was poor.

The breakfast staff were too busy watching their mobile phone screens, and didn't seem to care about the very low quality of their service or of the food they served. Really quite surprisingly bad.
