Free bikes. Great pool and pool area. Very friendly staff and helpful manager. Beer from the fridge at the front desk could be drunk in the pool.

Limited choices for breakfast ... cereal and fruit were good, but the scrambled eggs didn't perform well in the bain-marie ... and the rest was Asian style. Internet / wifi connection was troublesome at times and a bit of an issue.

The staff is polite, he allowed us to check in and stay first, I only pay the money when I check out. The hot water was really hot. The location is not too far from night market.

Breakfast was sometime slightly empty / food wasn’t re stocked but if you asked they would make it fresh.

We only had 1 night in Luangprabang so had a lot to fit in! We arrived early and whilst our room wasn’t ready they allowed us to have breakfast. The reception then booked us a taxi to Kuan si waterfall and bear sanctuary. This is a must if staying here and only £1 to get in! We also went to Manifa elephant sanctuary the following day. As we were catching the train at 3pm we only had a limited time so the hotel organised a private trip which obviously wasn’t cheap($100 for the 2 of us) but it was a 45 mins private taxi, entrance, excellent food and all drinks, as well as private taxi back to the hotel to pick up our bags and on to the train station. The staff at the sanctuary were excellent and very informative about the care of the elephants.

Really nice place with a lovely swimming pool. A ten minute walk from the centre. Really sweet and helpful staff. Thank you Alex on reception for your help with the AC.... Coconuts in the fridge which is really rare. Overall good value for money, clean with a decent breakfast.

Liked everything. Local area that might not suit everyone but I felt safe at all times, even walking home late at night.

Bed was comfortable. Staff were very helpful. Nice pool. 5 minute walk to the markets and restaurants. Room had fridge. Kettle and Aircon. All you need
