Locație centrala, personal amiabil, iar raportul calitate preț excelent.

Centrally located, about 10-15 min on foot to the Cathedral, Philharmonic or Opera. Close to tram stations. Apart for the trams, there is no traffic on the street, so it's usually quiet. A few shops nearby. Located in the basement of an old building, nicely renovated, one-bedroom apartment. Got the keys from a locker, with instructions how to get in. Size is ok, not very big, but not cramped. Various lighting options. AC. A small kitchinette with a few basics: small fridge [minibar], electric plate, microwave, hot water kettle, coffee machine [Tchibo], iron; some pottery and cutlery. It's own bathroom, with washing machine. 2 tv-sets. A fine bed in the bed room. Some good storing space. Extendable sofa in the living. Clean. Slippers for inhabitants. Good communication with the host. There is an inner courtyard that must be nice in the summer. Excellent wi-fi. There is a parking outside, but finding a place is usually mission impossible.

Being in the basement, it tends to be humid. The windows are near the pavement level, so the view is restricted and there is little natural light. There are heaters, but they were not working; had the heating by AC. There is a washing machine, but no drying facilities. The soundproofing is not great, one can hear the trams in the street (not very noisy though) and a lot from the building, but there is little activity, so overall it is mostly quiet. The sofa is very uncomfortble, not a good idea to sleep on it. It is easy to reach, but there is a short flight of stairs, not great for those mobility impaired, with heavy luggage or small children. The hot water takes a long time to come and there is low pressure in the shower; the shower cabin is small and has a curtain, so high risk of flooding the floor. The toilet basin works with interruptions, it needs some attention. The doors are not marked [there are 2 apartments, not one], I had to check each door to find what key fits what door.

Totul a fost minunat! Gazda a fost prietenoasa si si-a oferit sprijinul pentru a face sederea cat mai placuta! Apartamentul este dotat cu tot ce este necesar pentru o sedere cat mai lunga si confortabila, iar locatia acestuia ofera accesibilitate catre toate punctele de interes din Timisoara.

Curățenie a fost ceva exemplar, condiții super okay din toate punctele de vedere, liniștitor. Niște persoane foarte oneste și implicate.
