Este un apartament dragut situat aproape de mijloacele de transport și administrat de o gazda foarte amabila. Accesul se face foarte ușor, nu am întâmpinat nici un fel de probleme. Voi reveni cu drag !

Se mai aude dimineata tramvaiul ,nu foarte tare

The flat itself is nice tough

The apartment is in the basement. This was not mentioned in the description, which I find dishonest. Even though a device for air purification is provided, there is still a strong smell of dampness, even if the walls are painted and it’s not visible. On top of that, the trams pass by and you can hear the noise nearly every minute. I specifically tried to avoid ending up with a basement flat, and unfortunately that’s exactly what I got.

L'emplacement, la sécurité, la propreté, la proximité à toutes les commodités, WiFi excellent, appartement spacieux pour une famille de trois personnes et bien équipé,

L'appartement est situé en sous sol qui laisse sentir l'humidité. Les deux fenêtres ne sont pas dotées de grillage antimoustique et il y a risque d'intrusion de reptiles, de taupes ou de cafards de la rue vers l'intérieur de l'appartement.

The apartment is very central, of good size, check-in and check-out were done seemlessly, the hosts seem nice. Good value for money.

The apartment is in a basement and the humidity is quite high, although there is a dehumidifier in the living room. Except for that, everything was ok.
