Golden Square

The location was great, the bed had curtain on it and a good working AC. The staff speak good English and is very welcoming

The building itself was old, so where the facilities. Toilets and showers are old, were always messy and not looked after.

City center near by Cafes Indian hotels, important locations.

May be there culture or I do not know just bcoz me Indian, Toilets they don’t use flash gun tap only Tissues

they were kind people, very much cooperative and understanding, they gave me extra time and downgraded as per my request. thank you guys

more washrooms would be nice

Оба администратора на ресепшене были замечательные: дружелюбны, отзывчивы и помогли мне с выбором тихой комнаты, а также дали полезные советы по еде и ночной жизни. Рекомендую этот хостел, если вы собираетесь провести несколько дней в Алмате. Всего наилучшего, Рахмет! I had a comfortable stay—the hostel’s location was perfect, the bed was cozy, and it was excellent value for the price. Both receptionists were fantastic: friendly, helpful, and they assisted me in finding a quieter room, as well as giving great tips on where to eat and enjoy the nightlife. I highly recommend this hostel if you’re spending a few days in Almaty. Best wishes, and I hope to return!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect

Toilets a bit dirty sometimes. And the matresses were a bit short, even though I am not super tall (1.85m)
