Great location, fantastic beds and kitchen. Good space for the family. I would stay here again if we visit Wellington in the future.

Could hear traffic from motorway, but it didn't effect experience.

"Nice house but was a pain being on such a hill"

The heating in the lounge was quite confusing and the vent beside front door was very loud flapping sound while heating was on.

Liked the proximity to Wellington city, buses and therefore had the city at our feet.

Rubbish bins were full to overflowing, however very minor problem!

"Great place for central city/business district stay"

Great location, nice place. Parking is good, but either extended reversing or tight 4 point turn for a mid sized SUV.

Host asked for a cleaning bond outside of Booking.com process. It was not a problem and was promptly refunded but means a few messages exchanged clarifying expectations and a separate payment prior.

Great location, well appointed with plenty of space for us to spread out. Didn’t need the car at all, easy walk to lots of cool places.
