Central location, automatic garage door was a bonus.

This was the dirtiest property I've ever stayed in, I've no idea how they have such a high cleanliness rating on this app. Rubbish, including a cigarette in the bin when we arrived Pistachio shells at the entryway Carpets unvacuumed Dirrty countertops and cabinet shelves Mouldy brush and cloth in kitchen Used toilet brush under the vanity sink (the only place to put toiletries) Built-up soap scum, shampoo and toothpaste residue on the shower that they tried to pass off as paint smears, but I was able to clean a small area easily An open packet of paracetamol just casually lying on a shelf. Have proof, in case this gets flagged somehow. The host would not accept any responsibility, customer service now involved. I was accused of expecting a 'hospital grade clean'. Check out the 2 photos attached, is it unreasonable that I found this unacceptable? I booked somewhere else and left at 11pm at night. Please, I implore you, don't stay here.

Everything was exceptional, bonus was double garage because we had 2 vehicles. And the separate floors provide everyone with privacy.

Everything was exceptional however the beds were a little uncomfortable.

The amount of space we had. We didn't have to pay a cleaning fee but just had to generally tidy up and strip our beds

The stairs. We didn't realise that the house was on different levels and there were heaps of stairs. Great off-street packing and a garage with internal access. The drive way was very steep but the garage was a nice flat addition.

Location is great, just in a heart of the city, big and comfortable house, very warm
