"Mala organización por parte del personal"

Realicé la reserva el mismo día. Sin embargo, nadie se comunicó con nosotros para brindarnos información o seguimiento. A las 4:24 p. m. intentamos realizar el check-in, pero la persona encargada simplemente no respondió nuestras llamadas y mensajes. Después de más de una hora de espera, el propietario del inmueble nos dio acceso de manera improvisada a otro departamento, distinto al que habíamos reservado y con características que no cubrían nuestras necesidades, ya que contaba con un número insuficiente de camas. Nos indicó que pasáramos la noche ahí de forma temporal. La persona responsable se comunicó hasta el día siguiente y, además de mostrarse grosera, argumentó que la reserva se había realizado el mismo día y que ella no se encontraba en Huatulco. En ningún momento ofreció una disculpa por los inconvenientes ocasionados ni asumió responsabilidad por la falta de atención.

Arturo was the best host, this place is amazing. The ac works extremely well, shower nice and hot. All the accommodations we are accustomed too. Loved it
