Hotel Bazzoni

Very disappointing experience. I paid €370 for one night, yet the hotel failed to provide even the most basic amenities that guests would reasonably expect. There was no complimentary drinking water in the room, no coffee machine or kettle, and not even a convenient power outlet for charging my phone or laptop. These are basic necessities in modern hotels, especially at this price point. The staff’s attitude was also unprofessional and unfriendly, which made the stay even less pleasant. To make matters worse, housekeeping knocked on my door at 9:30 AM, disturbing me while I was still resting and well before checkout time. Considering the amount I paid, I expected a much higher standard of service and comfort. Unfortunately, this hotel does not offer value for money, and I would not recommend it to others.

Really nice hotel with great location.

We had a lake view with balcony and the room size was very generous. Room and location were very good but there was quite a bit of street noise from the cars.

Surprised that a hotel this size didn't offer parking. We had to park down the street a good distance away from the hotel. It was not convenient.

Good location!

Overall, the stay was fine, the location is great but the rooms are very basic and there were a couple of areas that could be improved. The room does not include a coffee station, which was a huge inconvenience for me, as someone who likes to have my coffee as soon as I wake up. I also found the bed and pillows quite uncomfortable. Considering the room rate, I had anticipated a bit more in these basic areas. However their restaurant was great and it is very close to Tremezzo dock, restaurants and Villa Carlotta and not too busy like everywhere else in Lake Como.
