Very soft bed, but still ok to sleep

Casa Graziusa e’ veramente molto accogliente e pulita e la signora Emanuela ed il Marito sono 2 persone molto accoglienti , che hanno accolto e risolto ogni mia esigenza , li ringrazio moltissimo di tutto e consiglio questo b&b a chiunque venga a Palermo, la fermata del tram ponte ammiraglio è a soli 5 minuti a piedi , vicino c’è il mare e tanti negozi per acquistare ogni cosa di cui ci sia necessità, l’appartamento è curato nei minimi particolari con arredamenti nuovi buoni e funzionali in stile siciliano , molto molto bello moderno ed elegante, complimenti davvero ai proprietari, viaggio molto e raramente sono rimasto così affascinato e soddisfatto dalle strutture … tornerò sicuramente ad essere ospite di Casa Graziusa

The host welcomed us without any problems, gave us a tour of the apartment, and told us about nearby places. As a compliment, we were provided with two sets of towels per person for 9 nights and two bottles of water.

The apartment is filled with handmade items covered in layers of dust. After just a couple of minutes walking barefoot, our feet turned black. There was no bucket for cleaning the floor and no containers for laundry. The kitchenware is in very poor condition: plastic cutting boards are deeply cut, and the old non-stick pan is scratched down to the metal, making it unsafe to cook on. Not all lights are working. Laundry has to be dried on outdoor lines that leave marks on clothes. The air conditioners often turn off on their own, and we were given only one remote control for two units. For four guests, only one set of keys was provided. As for the location: Even though the sea looks close on the map, the nearest beach is full of trash and swimming is prohibited. To reach Mondello beach, it takes over an hour with two transfers by public transport. The neighborhood itself is very dirty, with a parking lot for trucks and buses right under the windows. There are no decent restaurants or cafés nearby. During our entire stay, the hosts only asked how we were doing the day before our departure. Conclusion: The apartment and its location did not meet expectations, and I cannot recommend it.

Casa Graziusa is not only beautifully furnished but is also comfortable and has everything you need to feel at home. The owners went out of their way multiple times to help us feel settled and ensure we knew the best spots to eat and drink. This was one of the best properties we have stayed in and we truly could not fault it. We will be staying here again when we return to Palermo.
