The location is great and room size is okay. Hotel staff were amazing, polite and respectful.

For the price you pay, everything is outdated and old fashioned. Breakfast options are very limited.

- The biggest pro is the location of the hotel. It is in prime location in Islamabad but also a peaceful, secluded area. - The hotel has good value for money but only if all members of the stay are paying. Not too good for one person. - The hotel lobby and interior is really pretty. They've done a good job with that. The hotel staff was also very polite. - The room and washroom were very clean. The washroom had hot water so the shower experience was great.

- The beds were not very comfortable (most important part). The spring mattresses were too soft and I was sinking into the bed - The breakfast options were too bad. The food itself was not tasty at all. Only enough to fill your stomach. (Don't offer breakfast if it won't be good) - Even though they've tried to give off a premium vibe, there were many minor things that they must improve. (I actually can't list all of them here) - The room was also a bit small and congested. Very little space to move around. And the window was very, very small.

The location is very good close to the Faisal masjid,centaurs,and Jinnah super market. The staff are very friendly,nice and professional.

Everything about this property exceeded my expectations. The location was ideal—quiet yet close to major attractions. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with thoughtful amenities. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, offering great local tips and responding to every request with a smile. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety.
