Historic peaceful apartment

I enjoyed everything about my stay: from the cozy atmosphere to the spotless space. The living room and bathroom are spacious, and the kitchen is well-equipped and functional. The flat is just a pleasant 20-minute walk from the campus area.

Good clean well-maintained apartment. Easy access. Clear instructions.

Neighborhood is not quiet. Towels were clean but had musty smell - likely from repeated use and inability of US-style wash machines to heat water.

Really cute kitchen and comfy couch. Linens provided. Very clean inside.

We immediately had a bad feeling about this place upon pulling into the neighborhood. Chain link fences and loud house parties weren’t really the New England experience we were hoping for. Had we known more about New Haven, we would have chosen a different place to stay. When we pulled in and walked around the house, all of us were freaked out. Inside the front doors, the place looked run down and like it came out of a scary movie. The inside was fine though. We were going to give the place a try, but when the sun started to go down, we all had so much anxiety that we literally booked it out of there. Waste of money but quite the memory! 🤦🏼‍♀️

Super clean.Booked late in the day, but the contact from Charles was immediate and seamless. check in.We would have loved to stay longer than 1 night!!Highly recommend.

We love everything about this Historic Peaceful Apartment Me and my husband we are from Florida..but I have my family in Bridgeport CT Waterbury, Hamden, Stratford Everything was amazing we love it ..and Charles was awesome...This place is going to my place every time I come to Connecticut...💯💯

Comfortable, welcoming, it was 100 degrees out so they had turned on the AC before we got there, left us chocolates, lots of nice little touches.

The Place itself was very cute and cozy.

The area was quite loud and did not feel safe. There were quite a few characters walking around at night because of the bar up the street. While it wasn’t a “bad” area, we didn’t feel safe enough to walk around.
